On The Edge

On the Edge is a first-person parkour game that pushes the boundaries of your abilities. Wall run, jump, and turn back time to correct your mistakes as you navigate through challenging levels, all with one goal in mind: reach the end as swiftly as possible.

Controls:

̶W̶A̶S̶D̶ - Move (I'm using french keyboard and I forgot to to switch keyboard layout on the export so the correct key to move is ZQSD, sorry you need to install french keyboard on windows or remap manually Z to W and Q to A)

Space - Jump
E - Rewind (you can stop the rewind by push E again)

The theme of the Epic megajam 2023 was Antiquated Futur. I wanted to as a feeling in the level of ancient romans sculptures and architecture with marble and gold material. Then Gameplay wise I got inspired on the time rewind mechanic that fit the theme more. I started the jam 3days before the dead line, didnt had time to polish the level design and I wanted to incorporate a sliding mechanic, maybe for another update!
